"Creating, Flying, Streaming” is a public art composed of a main body of a large sculpture and seven sets of landscape art. Complemented with the interactive design of stirring up of wind and LED light connected with one another, the artwork brings into full play of the characteristics of Yilan Science Park, “digital creativity", "communication streaming” and “beautiful ecological environment”.The main body is created as a lofty sculpture which enjoys the representation of a landmark and the shape of a migratory bird, especially with a kinetic device on the top of the sculpture to create the rotation while wind blows. On the lawn, seven sets of the landscape art resembling street furniture where people can sit and rest. To one’s astonishment, LED interactive creativity is specially designed in three sets of the landscape art to respond to the main body of sculpture. That is a “Wind Sensor” built on the main sculpture to measure the level of wind power which enables the sparkling effect of the LED light in a way that it will glitter faster when the wind is stronger, and vice versa.
