In 2019, the Hsinchu Science Park Bureau adopted “Seize the Opportunity to Start a New Era” as the overarching theme for its work: building on the strengths unique to a cluster of hardware ventures to promote cross-sector development by introducing software applications. With the advent of the 5G era and maturing of AIoT technologies, both consumer and vertical applications are being reinvented and the way how people live and work will soon be drastically changed as well. All this heralds a new business opportunity. As such, the HSPB considers it appropriate to share the experiences and visions of industry leaders for building on the HSP’s existing strengths to plan for the future, thereby securing the HSP’s sustainable competitiveness.
